Amazing Race is back in Iceland

The popular reality show Amazing Race will premier the first episode of season 30 tonight (January 3rd) on CBS. According to Entertainment Weekly Iceland is the first destination for the competitors of TV show, this is the second time that Iceland appears in the show. Amazing Race is widely popular in USA as well as all over the world and has won many Emmy awards.
In a video that Entertainment Weekly published the contestants had to rappel across the river canyon Geitárgljúfur. The canyon is very deep and about 2-3 km long so it is definitely not for those who are scared of heights!
